Republic of Korea
Seoul is the largest city in Korean peninsula, and it is the capital city of South Korea. In the world metropolis, it is the seventh. Seoul is Korean political, economic, cultural, educational center and transport hub. It also is the world's most modern metropolis and one of the world famous tourist city. It successfully held in Seoul 1988 Summer Olympics and 2002 World Cup.
Jeju Island is Korea's largest island, it is a typical volcanic island, 120 million years ago volcanic activity formatted the island, the center of the island is a 1,951 meters high mountain which is aformed by a volcanic eruption, it also is the highest peak in Korea. Jeju Island is known as "Korean Hawaii".
